New renovated and very nice furnished flat with 1 bedroom. The flat is centrally located but quiet. The train station is reachable in less than 5 minutes by foot and brings you in less then 15 minutes to Basel German Station (Near Messe Basel). Children up to 3 years do not pay.

House Rules

- Verlasse die Wohnung so, wie du sie vorgefunden hast (zum Beispiel Geschirr abwaschen und alles zurück an seinen Platz stellen)
- Behandle die Wohnung als ob es deine eigene wäre
- Haustiere sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt
- Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet. Vor der Tür steht allerdings ein Aschenbecher bereit.
- Ab 22:00 Uhr ist Nachtruhe.
- Beim Verlassen der Wohnung müssen die Dachfenster geschlossen werden und die Karte für die zentrale Elektronik muss entfernt werden.
- Die Haustüre ist beim Verlassen der Wohnung und ab 22:00 Uhr mit dem Schlüssel zu verschliessen.
- Bitte beachte die Mülltrennung.
- Übernachtungsgäste sind nach vorheriger Absprache und Aufpreis erlaubt.

The space
The 40 sq. m. flat was newly renovated in 2015 and there is space for 4 persons. It is an attic apartment in our detached house with a separate entrance over a spiral staircase.
The flat contains everything you need for the daily life.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, water heater and a coffee-pad machine (Senseo).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a window. Towels are also included.
In the living room there is a TV with satellite receiver. There is also a table for 4 persons.
There is just one separate bedroom but in the living room there is a sofabed for also 2 persons (bed linen included).

You have Wi-Fi access in the whole apartment.

There is no washing machine and dryer directly in the flat yet, but we can wash your clothes for 5 Euro / laundry sack..

Grocery stores:
- In the near of the flat there are 2 discounters (ALDI, Penny). You can reach them in 10 minutes by foot. There is also a bakery, a butcher and other grocery stores in the near of the flat, all reachable in about 10 minutes.

Other:
- Good opportunities for jogging and hiking or walking
- Playground for children in the near of the flat (2 minutes by foot)
- Very good access to the motorway
Getting around
The flat is near the train station (300 meters, less than 5 minutes by foot), but without noise and you can reach Basel in 25 minutes. It brings you in less then 15 minutes to Basel German Station (Near fair Basel).
